The details

Each case study follows the same template: overview, starting situation, responsibilities, strategy, implementation, evidence, and honest limitations.

1Local Healthcare Brand — Two Locations

A. Project overview

FieldDetail
ProjectLocal Healthcare Brand — Two Locations
Industry / nicheHealthcare / wellness services (anonymized)
Project typeOngoing local SEO engagement
Target marketTwo cities in Pakistan — Faisalabad and Sheikhupura
Project period[Project period — to be confirmed]

B. Starting situation

The business operated in two locations but its search presence didn't reflect that clearly. Location-specific visibility needed building from the ground up: business information had to be consistent, each location needed distinct relevance, and the website needed pages and content that served both markets without duplicating.

Owner action: confirm and document the exact starting situation (baseline rankings, profile state, site issues) before publishing specifics.

C. My responsibilities

  • Local keyword research for services × two locations
  • Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing management
  • Website page optimization (service and location pages)
  • Content writing for services and locations
  • Technical SEO checks and issue resolution
  • Internal linking between location and service pages
  • WordPress website management and updates

D. Strategy

The strategy was location-first: establish each location as a distinct, consistent entity (website pages + Google Business Profile + consistent business details), then build service relevance within each location. Quick technical and on-page wins came first; content and profile depth compounded over time.

E. Implementation

  • Optimized and maintained Google Business Profiles for both locations
  • Built and optimized location-specific service pages
  • Wrote and published service and informational content
  • Ran recurring technical checks and fixed issues found
  • Managed day-to-day WordPress updates and publishing
Owner action: approved, redacted screenshots of profiles/pages can be added here.

F. Results & evidence

Implementation evidence

Live location pages, optimized profiles, and published content exist and can be demonstrated on request.

Performance data

Search Console and profile insights are available to the business owner and can be shared in anonymized form with permission.

Source: Google Search Console / GBP insights · Period: [to be confirmed] · Type: observed

Owner action: add verified metrics with source, reporting period, and comparison period — or keep this section as-is. No growth statistics are published until verified.

G. Lessons & limitations

What this demonstrates: structuring multi-location local SEO so each location earns distinct relevance without content duplication, and maintaining profiles and a website as ongoing assets rather than one-time setups.

Limitations: as an ongoing engagement, outcomes compound over time and can't be reduced to a single before/after number. Any performance figures shared privately should be read with their reporting periods and the caveat that SEO is one of several factors affecting enquiries.

2Independent Blogging Project — Built & Sold

A. Project overview

FieldDetail
ProjectIndependent Blogging Project — Built & Sold
Industry / nicheContent / informational niche (details withheld)
Project typeIndependent website project (build → monetize → sell)
Target market[Target market — to be confirmed]
Project periodAround five months of development, then sold

B. Starting situation

The goal was to build a content website from zero as an independent project: pick a workable niche, publish SEO-structured content consistently, and develop it to the point where it had demonstrable value — either as a guest-post business asset or for resale.

C. My responsibilities

  • Niche and topic research
  • Keyword research and content planning
  • On-page SEO across published content
  • Content publishing and site structuring
  • Technical SEO basics and site maintenance
  • Preparing the site for sale

D. Strategy

Build topical coverage in a focused niche rather than scattered posts: keyword-mapped content, clean site structure, and consistent publishing. The strategy prioritized a sellable asset — organized, documented, and with clear traffic potential — over vanity metrics.

E. Implementation

  • Researched and selected the niche and domain direction
  • Mapped keywords to a content plan and published accordingly
  • Applied on-page SEO (titles, structure, internal linking) to every post
  • Maintained the WordPress site throughout development
  • Documented the site for handover at sale
Owner action: niche, domain identifier, and timeline details can be added here once disclosure is approved.

F. Results & evidence

Project sale

The website was sold after around five months of development for approximately $1,200.

Source: owner-confirmed · Type: observed (sale price)

Search performance

Search Console / Ahrefs evidence can be added here once approved for disclosure.

Source: [to be confirmed] · Period: [to be confirmed]

Note: the sale price reflects what a buyer paid for the asset — it is not presented as proof of a specific traffic level or SEO outcome.

G. Lessons & limitations

What this demonstrates: the full lifecycle of an SEO project — from niche selection and keyword mapping through publishing, maintenance, and exit. Building sites I own keeps my process honest: every shortcut shows up in the asset's value.

Limitations: a single project sale doesn't establish a repeatable formula, and the buyer's motivations aren't fully known. Traffic and ranking details are withheld pending disclosure approval.

3Local Rank-and-Rent Websites — Leak Detection Niche

A. Project overview

FieldDetail
ProjectLocal Rank-and-Rent Websites — Leak Detection Niche
Industry / nicheLocal home services — leak detection (project sites)
Project typeIndependent rank-and-rent development projects
Target marketUS local markets (city-level targeting)
Project period[Development periods — to be confirmed]

B. Starting situation

Rank-and-rent means building a local service website, ranking it for city-level service keywords, and monetizing the leads it generates. The SEO challenge is structural: service × location page architecture, unique local content at scale, and clean technical foundations — before any leads exist.

C. My responsibilities

  • Local keyword research (service × city combinations)
  • Service-page and location-page architecture planning
  • On-page optimization across service and location pages
  • Internal linking structure
  • Local content writing
  • Technical SEO checks

D. Strategy

Start with keyword mapping — every service × location combination gets a planned URL. Then build the architecture so link equity and relevance flow deliberately: hub pages, service pages, and location pages interlinked with unique, locally-relevant content on each. No thin doorway pages.

E. Implementation

  • Mapped local keywords to a service × location URL structure
  • Built service and location page templates with unique local content
  • Applied on-page SEO consistently across the page set
  • Implemented internal linking between hubs, services, and locations
  • Ran technical checks (indexation, structure, performance)
Owner action: confirm which sites may be shown publicly; add redacted page-structure examples.

F. Results & evidence

Implementation evidence

Live page structures, URL architectures, and location-page examples can be demonstrated on request.

Ranking / lead data

Ranking and call-tracking data can be added here once verified and approved for disclosure.

Source: [to be confirmed] · Period: [to be confirmed]

Note: these are development projects rather than completed client engagements, and are labeled as such. No rankings, traffic, or revenue figures are published until verified.

G. Lessons & limitations

What this demonstrates: programmatic-style local SEO in practice — planning and executing location-page systems with genuinely useful content, which is directly transferable to multi-location client work.

Limitations: rank-and-rent outcomes depend heavily on market competition and monetization, not SEO alone. These projects show implementation capability; commercial results are shared only with verified data.
